Grip - The Reebok Elite is made for soft ground field conditions.  The thick 4mm supersoft high grip latex palm provides excellent grip and absorption for dry and wet conditions.  The supersoft sacrifices durability in order to provide such an absorbing and thick palm.  Also, the grooves along the palm will add to the limited durability and help keep your glove sticky even when it does get dirty.  These gloves are not recommended for training or match play on indoor, turf, or hard ground field conditions.

Backhand - The backhand of the traditional cut Reebok Elite goalkeeper gloves offers provides injury prevention with removable finger protection and also breathability with a ventilated back hand and ventilation between each finger.

We’re hoping to review these goalkeeper gloves soon.  We’re very interested in Reebok’s Gryptonite technology.  These Reebok goalie gloves are a great value, as all Reebok models, being sold for under $100 coming in at €59.99, $95.98.  It’s also worth mentioning that these gloves are very hard to find.  We were only able to find them online from Pro Direct Soccer in a red and white color combo.

Iker Casillas

Casillas was a vital part of the Spanish side that only conceded 2 goals throughout the whole tournament.  The defense was an integral part of the teams success (the team only scoring 8 goals), especially the leadership, organization, and of course game changing saves from Casillas which include crosses, breakaways, point blank headers, and of course the penalty shot against Paraguay.
